It may be possible to negotiate with Toon Boom if it is a matter of days/weeks but I would not bet on it. If the plan expires before the next version is announced you will not be eligible for the automatic upgrade. There is a big investment to get to the point where these benefits save you money however it can be worth it if you plan on committing to Harmony. The price for Silver Support is less than the price for the upgrade and you also get the extra support coverage. But you have to be signed up before Toon Boom announces the upgrade. If you have Silver Support you automatically receive an upgrade when it comes out. If or once you have upgraded to the current version of Harmony invest in the Silver Support option. They might be able to offer you something better, you never know.
