Training and coaching new internal and external (outsourcing) level designers. 
Developing and improving internal level editor tools. Collaborating closely with QA to bring testers the best tools, methodologies, and improvements to test levels. Advising Live Ops team on A/B test related to level content and core to enable extra growth. Continuously challenging the status quo to improve current and future KPIs. Working closely with BI and PMs to improve the understanding of level performance, pushing all boundaries of the levels week after week. Ensuring engaging and challenging levels for the players through great core, level mechanics, best practices, level design philosophies, multiple data, player feedback, and player journey through the level funnel. Participating in the creation and curation of new levels every week. Proactive, data and action-driven team manager and content lead with a tiny bit of a producer soul. 
My roles and responsibilities in the project

Global league!: See how your skills stack up to players the world over. With each tournament comes eight new levels to master! Tournaments: Join a new tournament thrice a week. 
Compete with your friends and players around the globe! A friendly competition: Play all of the classic bird-flinging, tower-crumbling, and pig-popping of the original Angry Birds, condensed into bite-sized, competitive tournaments.
